Alonzo's Oyster Bar - Casual waterfront dining overlooking the Key West Bight. Alonzo's Oyster Bar specializes in oysters but also serves shrimp, lobster, clams and fish. They feature both warm and cold water oysters. Try the unusual White Clam Chili. They even serve a classic New England lobster bake. For land-lubbers, there's a burger or chicken and a few sides like onion rings, but it's mainly seafood.
Alonzo's is located at the dock on Key West's Historic Seaport. Above it you will find the A & B Lobster House, which is also seafood but very upscale. Alonzo's is casual, overlooking Key West Bight. You'll have great views of the fleets of boats and ships here, including charter fishing boats and watersports catamarans coming and going. Just watch the crowds go by if you sit outisde, or enjoy the AC inside. |
