Harry S. Truman Legacy Symposium - History buffs, scholars, students, and plain old interested citizens welcome the annual Harry S. Truman Legacy Symposium. It's put on by Harry S. Truman Presidential Library of Independence, Missouri and our very own Harry S. Truman Little White House in Key West. There are events like receptions, breakfast and keynote speakers at the Florida Keys Community College's Fine Arts Center. Opening night features a workshop at the Red Barn Theaters, followed by a reception at Truman's Little White House, two blocks away in Old Town. The reception will feature opening remarks, keynote speaker, book signing and Hors d'oeuvre Reception with cash bar. The Saturday of the weekend features roundtable discussions and panel discussions galore.
