Conch Republic Seafood Company - is a convenient place for tourists in Key West to have lunch or dinner. It's casual, easy to find, has lots of tables and a user-friendly menu full of basic American food items. Service is quick and friendly and prices are reasonable. The restaurant is aimed at tourists who will only be here once, and they will appreciate the interesting decor with aquariums, large booths, and view of Key West's Historic Seaport. They advertise mouth-watering entrees made with only the freshest seafood. There is also nightly live entertainment The building may have been a warehouse in the past, since it's a very large space with a nice airy feel and open-air dining is possible since they can raise the walls, garage-door style, to the outdoors. The decor includes aquatic items and nostalgic sea-faring trinkets and works nicely. The bar is nice, large, and eye-pleasing. It's in the center of the restaurant and has some TVs. You could easily sit here all day. It's a refreshing spot, very pleasant.

Everyone seems to like them, even if seafood isn't their cup of tea. Stick with the burgers at Conch Republic Seafood Company, and leave the fancy sauces (especially the wasabi sauce) for more fancy establishments. This is a fine place to get burgers and fritters and a round of beer and to relax and feel good. It's easy to find: it's on the docks in the middle of the Historic Seaport walk, which most visitors stroll along at one point. It's a very large place with umbrellas out front.
