Its kind of striking because it is surrounded by white sand. I couldn’t find much information on it online.  One site says its a puzzle another says its something to do with a mounument to mariners.

Its pretty cool spot. The reef doesn’t apppear to be designed with creating fish habitat in mind, but a bunch of fish have moved in any way. There are numerous mangrove snapper living on the reef now and one large but kind of shy jewfish.

Its probably one of biggest I have seen down here. It not only has 25-30 foot motorboat attached to the back, it also has a decent sized sailboat, helicopter and wave runners aboard. Pretty impressive.
