there is a few things to get straight; 1. Biton went out of business a few years ago and now it is EVAN & ELLE pricier than the other store (a plain white button down 100% cotton shirt $120.00 same 100% cotton shirt at a reg store $22.00; your paying for the name not the clothing), Artisan and Aria you never ever call them sister stores at all (owner’s policy, they are not linked). Artisan is refered to as “the other Store”.
Aria is the fun jewelry store (costume jewelry) we also sell wall art, hats, handbags, sterling silver, Chamillia and troll beads,
Artisens is a more serious store they cary sterling silver, figurines, pandora and a few other stuff.

My father in law was on that ship when he was going to and from the South Pacific. Angelo Petillo was a US Marine,and when he was on it, it was the USS General Harry Taylor. Quite a history for this ship. Time for the old ship to rest…..R.I.P

Key West’s Fantasy Fest 2010, “Habitat for Insanity”, has begun full steam with lots of wild parties, costumes, body painting and overall debauchery. I read a lot of Caribbean blogs and all the islands are upset over this fish. Always asking people to kill them when they can. Local restaurants need to start adding Lion Fish to the menu to help create a demand and increase fishing for them. Keep having those derbies!

Had the fortune to take pictures of her while she was tied up at the Navy Pier in 2009. Watched the sinking on TV. This year (2010) got my PADI “Wreck Diving” ticket punched diving on her. I recently watched the movie “Virus” and all I could think of was “been there, done that”. The Vandenberg has a special meaning to me now, especially when considering I lived at Vandenberg AFB as a child when It was known as Camp Cook, US Army Training Center.
